Large and sturdy fans create a powerful, controllable vacuum in the vacuum
chute.
A drive feed shaft minimises the distance between the leading edge of the
cloth and the smoothing plate, clearly improving the feeding quality of the

The length and geometry of the vacuum chute make it possible to thoroughly
shake out even very long items, such as flat sheets or large table linen. |

For a constant high performance processing a wide range of articles ensuring
a careful spreading of the item with two feeding stations.
The model MEM can easily be altered to feed extra long items from the machine
centre - for example king size sheets or long table cloths. The clamps are
positioned in the middle of the machine. |

Firstly, the high speed top quality performance with 1200
pieces handled per hour is combined with feeding technology designed to
protect textiles and ensure quality. This is achieved by first automatically
measuring the width of the item of laundry, then moving it at high speed
to the precalculated optimum holding and braking point. The new spreading
technology sets high standards for high performance feeding technology.

to a sensitive spreading technique, vacuum transfer bar to transfer the leading
edge of the piece, a worktop vacuum, as well as optimum smoothing and shaking

The precisely controlled machine components and the avoidence of using wear
and tear parts mean that performance and quality are maintained with considerable
consistency. The wheels turn in the machine´s brain, not in the mechanical
works!
High performance is available due to optimum utilisation of the ironer. Therefore
large pieces can either be processed in 1-lane operation only or in combined
1- and 2-lane operation. |
